A minimum of 1 year of weightlifting experience is required. Athletes should be at an intermediate or higher level. The program involves variations of snatch, clean & jerk, squats, pulls and accessories.

BACKGROUND
I constantly get questions about weightlifting training programs, especially those
focused on building strength and improving the technique. Moreover, I noticed
from the questions received that there is a dilemma in choosing a training plan
when it comes to certain variables:
1. exercise selection
2. number of sets and reps
3. the length of the mesocycle
So, I created these ongoing mesocycles that are based on my experience and
the approach that I consider optimal when it comes to increasing strength and
improving technique for weightlifting.
